Spring: The Flow State Codebreaker (April 15-17)
A weekend intensive dedicated to unlocking and sustaining the Zen-Runtime state. Combining advanced breathwork, high-intensity interval movement drills, and neurofeedback training to help practitioners achieve and prolong flow. Includes a deep dive into the neuroscience of flow and practical protocols for triggering it in training and creative work. Open to Blue Belts and above.
Summer: Urban Survival & Adaptive Self-Defense Lab (July 22-24)
Take your self-defense skills into the city. This workshop involves field trips to various urban environments (with safety protocols) to practice situational awareness, verbal de-escalation, and physical techniques in context. Includes modules on escaping from vehicles, dealing with multiple aggressors, and using everyday objects for defense. Led by our senior self-defense instructors and a guest expert in defensive tactics. Open to all levels, with separate tracks for experience.
Autumn: Digital Detox & Mindfulness Deep Dive Retreat (October 6-9)
Our flagship retreat at the mountain lodge. A four-day, three-night immersion with no digital devices. Focus on silent meditation, nature immersion, advanced proprioceptive training, and philosophical dialogues. Designed to provide a profound system reset and deepen contemplative practice. Limited to 20 participants. Early booking strongly advised.
Winter: Year-End Integration & Planning Session (December 10-11)
A reflective workshop to review the year's training, identify personal 'bugs' and growth edges, and use Cyber-Zen principles to set intentional goals for the coming year. Includes guided visualization, journaling exercises, and partner feedback sessions. A powerful way to close the annual cycle with clarity and purpose. Open to all members.

Master Anya Petrova: The Somatic Shadow - Releasing Trauma from the Body (May 14)
A one-day seminar with a renowned somatic therapist and movement specialist. Learn techniques to identify and release stored tension, fear, and trauma patterns held in the body's tissues. Integrates elements of Hanna Somatics, TRE (Trauma Release Exercises), and mindful movement. Essential for practitioners seeking to clear blockages to full performance and presence.
Dr. Ben Carter: Neurofeedback for Peak Performance (September 10)
Dr. Carter, a neuroscientist, will present his latest research on using real-time EEG feedback to train specific brainwave states associated with calm focus, creative insight, and rapid learning. Participants will have hands-on sessions with professional-grade equipment and learn protocols they can apply with consumer devices.
Shihan Kenji Yamamoto: The Sword and the Mind - Iaido for Cyber-Zen Practitioners (November 5)
A rare seminar focusing on the traditional Japanese art of Iaido (sword drawing) as a moving meditation and a study in precise intention. Shihan Yamamoto will draw parallels between the single, perfect cut and the concept of a flawless, decisive action in life and conflict. Wooden practice swords (bokken) will be provided. Open to Purple Belts and above.
Community & Family Events
Family Training Day & Potluck (June 4)
A fun, informal day where members can bring family and friends. Includes introductory mini-classes for all ages, cooperative games, demonstrations by advanced students, and a shared potluck meal. A great way to share what you do with loved ones.
Global Sangha Connect-a-Thon (August 20)
A 12-hour virtual event connecting our members worldwide via our online platform. Includes live classes in different time zones, panel discussions with international instructors, and open-source problem-solving sessions on shared training challenges.
Belt Testing and Ceremony (Quarterly: March 25, June 24, September 23, December 16)
Formal testing days for eligible students. The ceremonies that follow are open to all members and are celebratory events that highlight the progress and dedication of our community.
New Year's Eve Dawn Meditation and Renewal Practice (December 31)
Welcome the new year with intention. A silent, pre-dawn meditation session followed by a sunrise movement practice and a shared breakfast. A peaceful and powerful alternative to typical festivities.
All events require pre-registration. Spaces for workshops and retreats are limited to ensure quality instruction. Members receive early access and discounted pricing.
